Icade approached Pierre & Maurice with an artistic design mission: to create the communal spaces for the future site of Pulse. Located on the outskirts of Paris, this exceptional site is a ‘business centre’, open to one and all. A concept was devised that included restaurants and every modern and luxury service imaginable. A clever way to meet the site’s commercial ambitions, which showcased the potential of the communal spaces that people so often pass by unaware.
