For Round 2, Garofalo returned to Pierre & Maurice, once again entrusting the agency to design its ephemeral restaurant for the Salon du Sirha.

Amidst a decor of refined tones, the Toques Blanches chefs could be seen cooking up a storm. Pierre & Maurice realised its intention: to convey the true sensitivity of traditional Italian cuisine in a modern and chic style.
